SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Locations; 

As for now we only ship within the UK on our website, this includes; England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland.

2. Shipping Methods 

We offer the following shipping methods; 

Order Monday-Thurs; Your order will be shipped within 48hrs, usually next day.

Order Fri-Sun; We aim to ship weekend orders within 48hrs or same day so it can arrive Monday/Tuesday the next week. 

Courier; We use Royal Mail as our courier choice currently. 

Shipping fee; Check our shipping fee at checkout. 

3. Shipping Delays 

While we try our best to have orders delivered within 2 business days, sometimes this cannot be met. Unforeseen circumstances such as; carrier delays, weather conditions ect can cause delay to your order. 

4. Lost or damaged shipments 

If your shipment is lost or damaged please contact our team  within 4 business days of receiving your order. Our team will investigate the issue with yourself & the courier to make sure we can find a suitable solution.

5. Tracking a shipment 

You can track your shipment on the Royal Mail app or website, attach your tracking information into the Royal Mail app or website & it will keep you up to date on your shipment.

You will also receive an update on your email & phone when it's due to be out for delivery.
